What is a Cord?

A full cord is a tightly stacked pile of firewood measuring 4’ high x 4’ deep x 8’ long ( 128 cubic feet).

Estimated piece count (medium to fine splits):

1/3 cord = 350- 400 pieces

1/2 cord = 525 - 600 pieces

Full Cord = 1,050 - 1,200 pieces

All firewood is measured and stacked to ensure you receive the exact amount you order — no short loads, no loose estimates. Each cord is stacked to the dimensions of 55” high × 4 feet deep × 7 feet long (128 cubic feet). Our firewood is split to small or medium size, cut to standard 16” lengths, and sorted to ensure quality. No oversized rounds, no junk wood, and no softwoods in our premium and oak mixes.

How It Works:

  • Short and standard beds (up to 6.5 ft) may be neatly hand-stacked to maximize your load.

  • Long beds (more than 6.5 ft) must be loose-tossed only — no hand-stacking.

  • No using racks, sideboards, or stacking above the cab.

  • Customers are responsible for loading and securing their load before leaving.

  • Pick up your load by appointment only.

  • Conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Blairsville.
