Service Policies

Delivery

• Delivery, stacking, and debris cleanup are included in all face cord pricing.

• Delivery is free within 15 miles of

John Abernathy Road, Blairsville, GA. 30512

• A $5 per mile fee applies after 15 miles.

Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.

• Deposits secure your delivery slot and cover upfront labor.

• Deposit amounts are 25% of the pay-at-delivery price, rounded to the nearest whole number.

Prepay Orders

• Customers who prepay in full will receive $15 off per face cord ordered.

• Prepaying also locks in your price for the season and guarantees a delivery slot.

• No deposit is required for prepaid orders.

• Prepaid orders are refundable if canceled at least 90 days before the first scheduled delivery.

General Terms

• Once payment is received, work begins immediately: splitting, prepping, and scheduling your order.

• Customer must be present at the first delivery to ensure smooth access and confirm the stacking location.

• Customer is responsible for ensuring safe access to the delivery area.

• Please secure pets and livestock and inform me of any hazards.

• I reserve the right to reschedule deliveries due to severe weather or safety issues.

• Blairsville Firewood is not responsible for minor cosmetic damage that may occur when accessing properties with narrow, steep, soft, or otherwise difficult terrain, or for any other unavoidable damage that may occur during regular deliveries or other services.

• Firewood should be stored off the ground and protected from rain and snow for the best burn. Blairsville Firewood is not responsible for moisture content or performance issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.
